University Hospitals of North Midlands NHS Trust is seeking an Advanced Clinical Pharmacist – High Cost and Homecare. The role focuses on medicines value, cost-improvement initiatives and governance of high-cost therapies within UHNM.

You will develop relationships with commissioners, interpret data for reports, and support immunoglobulin governance and homecare service delivery across two sites, with on-call/rota commitments as required.

Qualifications

• Essential: MPharm degree or equivalent
• 1 year pre-registration training
• Postgraduate Clinical Pharmacy Diploma or MSc
• Registration with General Pharmaceutical Council
• Management qualification
• Postgraduate Clinical Pharmacy Diploma or specialist MSc

Responsabilités

• Supporting the delivery of medicines value and cost improvement agendas within the organisation.
• Governance and assurances relating to high-cost medicines within UHNM.
• Developing key relationships with commissioners, including NHS England and ICB representatives.
• High quality and safe medicines homecare services - ensuring adequate processes, capacity planning and governance.
• Supporting the governance processes relating to the provision of immunoglobulin, including attendance at the North Midlands Sub-Regional Immunoglobulin Panel
