Job summary

Qualifications

• Essential: MPharm Degree and GPhC registration.
• Desirable: Independent Prescriber and clinical post-grad qualification.

Responsibilities

• Provide specialist clinical pharmacy services and advice to high-cost drugs within a clinical specialty.
• Manage and develop delivery of medicines to Basildon hospital patients via homecare services.
