North Lanarkshire Council is seeking an experienced professional to join the centralised home support service in a temporary promotion. You will work with the Service Delivery Manager to oversee operational delivery within the local community, developing and implementing plans, policies and procedures, and leading the deployment of home support resources to meet local needs.

You will need an HNC, SVQ3 in Social Care or a relevant degree, and commit to achieving SVQ4.

Competenze

• Holds or working towards professional social care qualifications.
• PVG scheme and SSSC registration are required before start.
• Extensive home support, social work or care management experience.

Mansioni

• Develop and implement plans, policies and procedures.
• Monitor quality assurance across the service.
• Lead, direct and deploy home support resources.
• Ensure services meet community needs.
