Job summary

HRM Homecare Services Ltd is recruiting compassionate Support Workers to provide essential in-home care across North Lanarkshire. You will support clients with daily living activities, promote independence, and help them engage with the community.

The role requires a patient, respectful attitude, strong communication, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Training is provided, with some weekend/evening shifts and a PVG check required.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a support or care role is desirable but not essential as training will be provided.
• Willingness to undertake training and development.
• Disclosure Scotland (PVG) Check will be required.
• Desirable qualifications in health and social care are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and assistance with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, eating, and medication support.
• Support clients to engage in meaningful activities and community involvement.
• Maintain accurate records and report changes in clients' needs or well‑being.
• Work collaboratively with healthcare professionals and family members to ensure coordinated care.
• Promote a safe and comfortable environment for clients.
