Job summary

The post holder supports service users and families, deputises for the Service Manager when needed, and helps maintain compassionate, person-centred care across the region.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience delivering personal care in a home care setting.
• Experience supervising, mentoring and assessing care staff.
• Ability to coordinate care delivery across multiple local areas.

Responsibilities

• Deliver personal care to service users in their own homes per personal plans.
• Supervise and develop Support Workers across Edinburgh, West Lothian and North Lanarkshire.
• Coordinate care delivery and rota planning, ensuring safety and coverage.
