Job summary

Egis is delivering iconic UK transport and infrastructure projects, including the Connect Plus Services JV on the M25. We seek a Senior Project Manager to deliver across health & safety, cost, environment, and people, while line-managing PMs and ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery of schemes ranging from £20k to £3m+.

The role requires a strong project background, proactive leadership, and effective stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

• Experience in highways construction and maintenance delivery.
• PM qualifications (PRINCE2/APMP) preferred.
• Leadership and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate as Portfolio Manager in their absence.
• Maintain relationships with Portfolio Manager and stakeholders to align delivery objectives.
• Ensure DBFO contract compliance and manage change records.
• Identify, escalate and mitigate project risks and dependencies.
• Lead global/master programme maintenance for portfolios.
• Chair fortnightly project reviews and manage resource allocation.
