Job summary

Egis is seeking a Senior Project Manager to deliver highway schemes on the M25 Connect Plus Services programme in the UK. You will oversee multi-project delivery, line-manage Project Managers, and ensure on-time, on-budget performance across health & safety, cost, environment and people metrics.

The role requires experience delivering highways construction and maintenance, strong PM qualifications (PRINCE2/APMP), and a track record of leadership and stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

• Experience in delivering highways construction & maintenance operations or similar transferable experience.
• Project Management skills with recognised qualification (PRINCE2/APMP).
• Proven leadership, stakeholder management and communication abilities.
• Understanding of H&S, CDM and environmental requirements for highway schemes.
• CSCS Card held and capability to manage interfaces with design teams and external resources.

Responsibilities

• Operate as Portfolio Manager in the absence of the Portfolio Manager.
• Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders to ensure delivery objectives and review project performance.
• Oversee risks, issues, change control, and reporting within the project and portfolio.
• Lead project reviews, manage resource allocation, and coordinate PMs.
• Ensure compliance with DBFO contract and maintain records and change management.
