Job summary

Egis Group UK seeks a dynamic Senior Project Manager to deliver time-critical highway schemes within the M25 Connect Plus Services JV. You will line manage project managers and drive delivery across health, cost, and environment objectives.

Travel to depots/offices and periodic site visits (night shifts) are required; a hybrid working model is offered. A strong project background with Prince2/APMP and CDM/H&S knowledge is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering highways construction & maintenance operations.
• PM qualification (PRINCE2/APMP) preferred.
• HNC/HND in civil engineering or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Operate as Portfolio Manager in their absence and lead project reviews.
• Develop and maintain collaborative relationships with stakeholders to align delivery objectives.
• Maintain DBFO contract compliance, manage risks and change processes.
• Identify and escalate risks, issues, dependencies and constraints.
• Allocate projects to PMs based on knowledge and workload; oversee delivery.
