Job summary

Egis Group is seeking a proactive Project Manager to lead highways and technology schemes across the full project lifecycle, from feasibility through handover. The role is based in the UK with flexible working from Leatherhead, South Mimms or Dartford and travel to sites as required.

You will coordinate multi-disciplinary teams, manage stakeholders, and drive performance across health and safety, quality, cost, environment and people, including sustainability commitments and NEC contract

Qualifications

• Experience of managing project teams across multiple projects.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills to clarify project strategies.

Responsibilities

• Lead project planning and execution across lifecycle.
• Manage stakeholders and report progress to ensure delivery objectives.
• Oversee subcontractors and designers, ensuring safety, time and cost targets.
• Support sustainability initiatives and the NEC contract management as needed.
