Job summary

Kier is seeking a Senior Highways and Drainage Engineer to join a nationwide team. You will contribute to a diverse portfolio of temporary works design and construction-related services, delivering design outputs, and leading projects across multiple regions with hybrid working options.

You will work within a 100-strong team, supporting complex infrastructure schemes from concept through delivery, focusing on buildability, safety and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering highway and drainage schemes across multiple sectors within the built environment.
• Ability to lead projects, manage scope, programme and stakeholders from bid through delivery.
• Strong appreciation of design standards, buildability, safety and sustainability.

Responsibilities

• Leading delivery of highways and drainage temporary works and related design outputs.
• Reviewing calculations, drawings, reports and risk assessments for quality and compliance.
• Managing multiple projects and guiding teams from bid to delivery.
