Kier Group is seeking a Highways & Drainage Design Engineer to join our team across multiple UK locations. You'll work within Kier Design, delivering complex highways and drainage solutions from concept through to delivery.

This role offers 40 hours per week with hybrid working options and a starting salary of £40k per year, with opportunities to progress through professional development and lead design teams.

Qualifications

• IEng initial professional development (or CEng progress) with ICE or Level 6/7 qualification and experience.
• Experience in highways and drainage design solutions.
• Ability to manage projects and lead design teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead temporary works design and checking in highways and drainage.
• Provide tender and bid support with outline design schemes and feasibility studies.
• Review third-party designs for compliance with Kier requirements.
• Manage project delivery including design deliverables and client relationships.
