Carrington West is seeking a Contract Manager for highways and civil engineering in Hucknall. You will provide technical and operational leadership across schemes, manage project teams, and maintain strong client relationships while ensuring safety and compliance.

You will review RAMS, construction plans, ITPs, and engage with PMs and site teams to drive delivery. A strong H&S background and MS Project proficiency are essential for success.

Formación

• Experience leading highways/civil engineering schemes.
• Strong health & safety knowledge and RAMS/ITPs experience.
• Proven ability to manage teams, subcontractors and client relationships.

Responsabilidades

• Lead highways and civil engineering schemes delivering safe, efficient projects.
• Support Project Managers and site teams to meet objectives.
• Ensure HSE compliance, RAMS, ITPs and construction plans are prepared and reviewed.
