Job summary

Egis is seeking a Senior Project Manager for the Connect Plus Services (CPS) JV to deliver highway schemes on the M25 in the UK. The role combines leadership of project managers, accountability for health & safety, cost and delivery, and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.

You will manage complex highway schemes from £20k to £3m+, with travel to sites, and a requirement for a full UK driving license.

Qualifications

Experience in the delivery of highways construction & maintenance operations or similar transferable experience.
Project management skills, preferably supported by recognised PM qualification, PRINCE2, APMP etc.
Preference for minimum HNC / HND (or equivalent) in a civil engineering or construction-based discipline.
Broad knowledge of other design areas and environmental requirements.
Experience coordinating interfaces with design teams and external resources.
CSCS Card and CDM/H&S knowledge.

Responsibilities

Operate as Portfolio Manager in their absence and maintain project delivery objectives.
Report on and review project performance with stakeholders and resolve issues.
Maintain DBFO contract compliance and manage change records.
Identify and mitigate risks, dependencies and constraints; escalate when needed.
Oversee portfolio income/costs and review PM inputs.
Chair regular project reviews and manage project communications via Aconex.
