Job summary

Connect Plus Services (CPS) is seeking a Project Manager to support the M25 London Orbital project. You will lead project teams across feasibility, design and construction, delivering schemes from £100k to £3m+ with a focus on safety, quality and budget.

Qualifications

• Experience of leading multiple project teams to deliver concurrent schemes.
• Strong collaboration skills with ability to influence a wide range of stakeholders.
• Commercial focus with ability to drive project performance and manage contracts.
• High resilience managing conflicting priorities and setbacks.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills to articulate strategies and solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong stakeholder relationships to ensure project delivery objectives are understood and reported.
• Clarify roles and responsibilities, manage risks and produce timely reports and records.
• Design, agree and implement robust project plans with adequate resources.
• Lead programs from feasibility through handover and inform investment proposals.
• Identify and evaluate risks and quantify resource requirements.
• Manage subcontractors and designers, setting clear H&S, time and cost expectations.
• Support sustainability activities including net zero and biodiversity initiatives.
• Ensure permits, certificates and site reporting align with project needs.
• Manage NEC Contract Options as Project Manager.
