Job description

Joining as part of the Infrastructure team, you will support the Engineering team by assisting Highway Engineers and mentoring/receiving support from Engineers, Assistant Engineers, and CAD Technicians. Your key responsibilities include:

1. Able to be client-facing
2. Knowledge of highways, levels design, and drainage appreciation
3. Preparing drawings in AutoCAD
4. Managing documents and issuing drawings
5. Supporting Engineering Leads in maintaining CAD standards and best practices

You should demonstrate:

1. Ability to develop designs in AutoCAD and Vehicle Tracking
2. Experience with Microsoft Office and AutoDesk platforms
3. Experience in designing detailed highway design packages

Desirable skills include:

1. Experience with S278 / S38 processes with London authorities
2. Understanding of the planning process

Requirements: Senior Highway Engineer with approximately 4+ years of experience, demonstrating client-facing confidence, familiarity with British Standards, teamwork, strong communication, and time management skills.
