You’ll own designs from preliminary through detailed stages, mentor junior engineers, and collaborate with clients and cross-disciplinary teams.

Qualifications

• Strong practical experience in highway design.
• Experience using Civil 3D and Site3D.
• Ability to lead design packages and manage deliverables.
• Excellent communication with clients and project teams.
• Mentor and develop junior engineers.

Responsibilities

• Deliver highway design across residential, commercial schemes.
• Develop highway layouts and infrastructure designs.
• Coordinate with other disciplines and liaise with clients.
• Manage own design packages and project deliverables.
• Review technical work and maintain quality standards.
• Support and develop the existing team.
• Take ownership of projects and progress to leadership roles.
