Job summary

Next Chapter Talent Limited in Hertfordshire is seeking an experienced Senior Property Manager to take ownership of a varied residential portfolio, including high-rise buildings totaling around 328 units.

You will manage day-to-day operations, ensure statutory compliance under the Building Safety Act, coordinate contractors, and work closely with clients, leaseholders and residents, traveling between developments as required.

Qualifications

• Experience in residential block management, especially high-rise buildings.
• Understanding of Building Safety Act (BSA) and compliance requirements.
• Willingness to travel between developments and drive for work.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day portfolio operations, liaising with clients, leaseholders and residents.
• Oversee high-rise operations, compliance, inspections and safety.
• Coordinate repairs, contractors and major works within budget and timescales.
• Attend client meetings and maintain accurate property records and procedures.
