Job summary

Chaumet in London is seeking a High Jewellery Client Advisor (M/F/X) on a permanent contract. You will act as the Maison’s Business Developer, welcoming clients, prospecting new opportunities and growing the High Jewellery client portfolio within our luxury boutique.

You will participate in briefs, maintain client databases, uphold Chaumet’s standards of service and CRM practices, and contribute to both commercial success and team life.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of experience in a sales role in the luxury goods and jewellery sector, including 4 years in High Jewellery.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in prospection and business development.
• Ability to network and build up a solid client portfolio.
• Fluency in English; additional languages a plus.

Responsibilities

• Be the Business Developer of the Maison to all clients and grow the client portfolio in High Jewellery.
• Contribute to the boutique's commercial development and achieve commercial objectives.
• Maintain client files/CRM and participate in events and activations to build loyalty.
• Apply security, payment and stock procedures and support daily boutique life.
