Job summary

A&D Carbon Solutions is seeking an experienced heating professional to join our team, supporting technical surveys, site supervision and delivery of heat pump and solar PV projects. The role involves travel across England and Wales, with the opportunity to move from on-site work to surveying and technical supervision.

Salary ranges from £40,000 to £50,000 depending on experience; benefits include paid holiday and health insurance, with potential for a company vehicle and fuel card.

Qualifications

• Experience in heat pump installation or surveying.
• Ability to supervise on-site works and manage projects.
• Strong communication with clients and residents.

Responsibilities

• Conduct air source heat pump and solar PV surveys.
• Assess heating systems, heat losses, radiator requirements and pipework.
• Supervise subcontractors, perform quality checks and resolve technical issues.
• Liaise with clients and residents; plan sites; support commissioning and handover.
