An opportunity has arisen for a Healthcare Support Worker within Station 4, University Hospital Ayr.
You will actively participate in the delivery of care for patients in support of and supervised by a registered nurse, as part of the multidisciplinary team within the ward/department.

Previous experience in a caring environment is essential, as is having achieved SVQ level 3 or working towards this qualification. You will demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills and be able to communicate well with members of the multidisciplinary team. You will be able to carry out patient observations and be familiar with NEWS.

1 position - 34 hours per week.
Various hours can be considered, which will be worked on a rotational basis covering day and night shifts, weekend working, and twilight shifts.
