Job summary

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent required.
• 3–5 years of leadership experience in customer service or healthcare.
• Experience with centers/practices of greater scope or revenue preferred.
• Vaccination against influenza required for all staff.

Responsibilities

• Provides leadership in centers or practices of greater scope, complexity, or revenue.
• Builds relationships with physicians, providers, and staff to ensure satisfaction and alignment with Core's mission.
• Fosters teamwork at all levels of the practice and manages staff performance through supervisors.
• Collaborates with CMO to resolve physician/provider performance or behavioral issues.
• Responsible for patient-centric access model and daily productivity optimization.
• Develops and maintains a culture of continuous quality improvement focused on KPIs and Lean methods.
