Job summary
Health Partners Group is actively seeking a Business Development Director to lead new business, upsell, and rebid opportunities across our occupational health services. You’ll travel to client sites and work with operational teams to craft compelling propositions that win bids and deliver outstanding client experiences.
We value a consultative seller with strong communication skills, commercial acumen, and a proven ability to build lasting client relationships.
Qualifications
- Proven track record building strong client relationships and driving new business in Occupational Health.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with a consultative approach.
- Strong commercial awareness and ability to shape bids and pricing.
- Experience managing rebids and upselling within client accounts.
Responsibilities
- Build a list of prospects and own opportunities with new and existing clients.
- Team up with operations to design and deliver winning service propositions.
- Shape bids that win with a strong initial strategy.
- Lead client presentations and follow-ups to deliver standout experiences.
- Drive growth through new business acquisition, upselling and rebids.
- Act as trusted consultant, aligning client needs with solutions.
- Influence offer and pricing strategies; spot new service opportunities.
- Build strong partnerships with internal teams and SMEs.
- Protect data by handling personal information in line with policy and law.
