Qualifications

• Proven experience in senior management within health and social care.
• Master’s qualification desirable in a business-related subject.
• Experience in charitable/public sectors; knowledge of CQC and CI, and government legislation.
• Experience leading budgets and resource allocation at senior level.
• Experience with clinical quality assurance and regulatory standards.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and executive communication skills.
• Analytical ability to assess financial data and performance metrics.
• Ability to adapt to rapid and sustained change.
