Job summary

Devon Partnership NHS Trust is seeking an Estates and Facilities Health and Safety Manager to join our Estates and Facilities Team, based at Langdon, Dawlish. The post holder will lead health and safety across Estates and Facilities, support managers, committees and staff, and ensure compliance with legislation and best practice.

The role requires strong communication, risk assessment, and the ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

• Experience at senior or management level and providing professional leadership within a multidisciplinary environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong IT skills and working knowledge of a range of software packages.
