Job summary

Energy Jobline ZR is seeking a Senior Health and Safety Advisor to lead safety across refurbishment, fit-out and maintenance projects within social housing and local authority sectors. The role covers sites across the North West, primarily Greater Manchester, Cheshire, Merseyside and Lancashire, with a hybrid work pattern of on-site, local office days and some remote work.

The ideal candidate will hold NEBOSH Construction or NEBOSH General certificates and have experience on live public-facing

Qualifications

• NEBOSH Construction or NEBOSH General is required.
• Experience in refurbishment, fit-out, construction, social housing, repairs and maintenance or related sectors.

Responsibilities

• Carry out day-to-day health and safety across multiple projects.
• Conduct site inspections and audits and prepare reports.
• Investigate incidents and implement corrective actions.
• Attend client and contractor meetings.
• Promote and embed a strong H&S culture across the business.
• Ensure full compliance with SHEQ policies, procedures, and legal requirements.
• Complete SHEQ reporting including incidents and KPIs.
