Job description

The Role

To work as part of the multi-disciplinary Public Health team to support initiatives in the community, taking a holistic approach to promoting general health and well being under the guidance of Registered Nurses.

What we'll need you to bring

Location and Working Pattern

This role will be based in Health Visiting Team department within Udston Hospital.
