Job summary

Sandstone Care Group is seeking a Senior Health Care Assistant for night shifts at Burscough Manor Care Home in Lancashire. You will lead the night care team, provide personal care and daily living support, and ensure residents are safe and well cared for overnight.

The role requires prior Senior/Care Assistant experience, NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (or progress towards it), and strong communication and record-keeping skills.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a Senior Care Assistant or Care Assistant role.
• NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care or willingness to work towards it.
• Confident leading shifts and supporting colleagues.
• Compassionate, reliable and organised.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support the night care team during your shift.

Senior Health Care Assistant (Nights). Burscough Manor Care Home

• Rate of pay: £15.03 per hour
• Contracted hours: 33 (3 shifts) per week
• Shift Times: Nights: 8pm-8am

Join our dedicated team at Burscough Manor Care Home and play a key role in delivering outstanding care and support to our residents throughout the night.

We're looking for an experienced and compassionate Senior Health Care Assistant who can lead by example, support colleagues, and help ensure residents remain safe, comfortable and well cared for overnight.
