Job summary

Sandstone Care Group is seeking a Health Care Practitioner for Burscough Manor Care Home. You will support residents with personal care, mobility, meals, hydration, and daily routines, while delivering compassionate, person-centred care across day and night shifts.

Health Care Practitioner. Burscough Manor Care Home

• Rate of pay: £12.88 per hour
• Contracted hours:33 (3 shifts), 38.5 (3-4 shifts) or 44 (4 shifts) per week
• Shift Times: Days: 8am-8pm | Nights: 8pm-8am
