Job summary

Oak Springs Care Home in Liverpool is seeking a dedicated Health Care Assistant for night shifts. The role offers an hourly rate of £12.76 and options for 33 or 44 hours per week, supporting residents with personal care, mobility and daily living needs.

You'll work within General Residential and EMI units, providing companionship, monitoring wellbeing, and maintaining clear care records while collaborating with the team to deliver high-quality, person-centred care in a night-time environment.

• Previous care experience is desirable but not essential.
• Compassionate, reliable and committed to delivering excellent care.
• A strong team player with a positive attitude.
• A natural night owl who thrives in a night-working environment and can remain alert throughout the night.

• Hourly rate:£12.76per hour
• Contracted hours:33 hours (3 shifts) per week or 44 hours (4 shifts per week) available

We're looking for caring, compassionate individuals who are passionate about delivering high-quality, person-centred care. You'll work across our specialist care units: General Residential Unit, Early Onset EMI Unit - supporting residents in the early stages of their dementia journey or Advanced EMI Unit - supporting residents in the later stages of their dementia journey.

What You'll Do

• Support residents with personal care, mobility and daily living needs.
