Sandstone Care Group is seeking a Senior Health Care Assistant for Burscough Manor Care Home in Lancashire. The role offers contracted hours of 33 per week (3 shifts) or 22 per week (2 shifts) with Days from 8am to 8pm.

The rate of pay is £15.03 per hour, reflecting a supportive, resident-centered care environment. You will lead the care team, deliver personal care, administer medications, monitor wellbeing, and maintain care records while building strong relationships with residents, families

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a Senior Care Assistant or Care Assistant role.
• NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care or willingness to work towards it.
• Confident leading shifts and supporting colleagues.
• Compassionate, reliable and organised.
• Strong communication and record-keeping skills.
• Passionate about delivering exceptional, person-centred care.
