About The Role

Our Senior Care Assistants support the Nurse in Charge and lead Care Teams in supporting residents daily.

Your responsibilities include:

• Supporting personal care
• Assisting at meal times
• Understanding individual health and wellbeing needs
• Encouraging social activities
• Promoting dignity, independence, and respect
• Leading and motivating care colleagues
• Ensuring high standards in care documentation

We maintain higher staffing levels, with up to six colleagues supporting around ten residents, allowing more quality time with those we support.
