Job summary

Hippo in Leeds is seeking a proactive Senior Account Manager to shape and grow Health client partnerships, including NHS England, DHSC, NICE and NHSBT, with contracts from £1m to £40m. Reporting to the Client Partner Health, you will own parts of the portfolio and drive the commercial strategy with SOW management and forecasting.

You will collaborate with Delivery, Legal and Resourcing, lead smaller bids, support major pursuits, maintain CRM data, and deliver value-add and social value

Qualifications

• Proven account management or client-facing experience in professional services.
• Strong ability to manage SOWs, renewals and commercial processes.
• Experience forecasting, budgeting or financial planning for accounts.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day commercial performance for Health accounts and forecast demand.
• Build senior stakeholder relationships and be the face of Hippo for clients.
• Lead SOW coordination, gather inputs and produce clear, commercial responses.
• Contribute to bid responses and support larger pursuits with the Client Partner.
• Maintain CRM data and monthly reporting on social value and KPIs.
• Coordinate onboarding and staffing to meet project timelines.
