Hippo Digital is recruiting for Senior Product Managers to join our Health Sector. You will shape vision, inspire teams, and transform client ambitions into impactful results, delivering high-value outcomes that improve public health in the NHS and broader healthcare landscape.

As a Senior Consultant specialising in Product, you’ll lead across health and care organisations with agile coaching, bridging stakeholders and delivery teams to ensure patient-centered outcomes and successful service

Qualifications

• Leadership of teams of specialists across health and care.
• Identification and use of evidence of value to drive decisions with patient at heart.
• Build consensus among diverse stakeholders when needed.
• Bridge gaps between stakeholders and delivery teams to keep focus on delivery.
• Balance constraints such as policy and security to prioritise user needs.
• Proven ability to operate in Scrum and Kanban delivery disciplines.
• Communicate confidently and credibly on behalf of the company and client.
• Lead workshops and group exercises, remotely and in-person.
• Build product and user-centric capabilities in others, guiding peers and clients.
• Apply GDS and NHS Service standards, including Service Manual and Assessments.
• Navigate complex regulatory environments, including patient data privacy and clinical safety standards.
• Deliver services through Discovery, Alpha, Beta and Live phases as per guidance.
• Leverage experience across health and care organisations (NHS, DHSC, NHSBSA) to drive service integration.
