Job summary

Hippo Digital Ltd is seeking a proactive Senior Account Manager to shape and grow Health client partnerships, including NHS England, DHSC, NICE and NHSBT. You’ll own portions of the portfolio, lead smaller bids, forecast demand and manage SOWs, while delivering social value and value-add activity.

You’ll report to the Client Partner, Health, collaborating with Delivery, Legal, Resourcing and Social Value teams to keep momentum and ensure commercial excellence across live work.

Qualifications

• Commercial or client-facing experience in a professional services/consulting environment.
• Experience delivering SOWs, renewals and contract processes.
• Willing to travel nationwide to client sites and Hippo offices.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day commercial performance for health accounts, including forecasting and renewals.
• Build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders and be the face of Hippo.
• Coordinate and return Statements of Work with cross-functional inputs and SLA requirements.
• Scope work with Delivery, Technical, Legal and Resourcing to respond to client challenges.
• Develop and deliver social value initiatives and monthly client reports.
