Job summary

Hippo Digital, headquartered in Leeds, seeks a proactive Senior Account Manager to shape and grow health client partnerships including NHS England, NHS BSA, NICE, and DHSC. You will drive commercial strategy, lead smaller bids, and own portions of the account portfolio with a 1m–40m contract range.

You’ll partner with Delivery, Legal, and Social Value teams to ensure SOWs, staffing forecasts and monthly performance reports are delivered.

Qualifications

• Experience in client-facing roles within professional services/consulting.
• Experience managing SOWs, contracts, renewals or similar processes.
• Strong financial planning, budgeting or forecasting skills.
• Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day commercial performance for accounts including forecasting and renewals.
• Lead small bids and expansions; support major pursuits.
• Manage SOWs with cross-functional inputs from Delivery, Technical, Legal and Resourcing.
• Maintain accurate account and pipeline information in CRM.
• Deliver portion of health sector sales target and convert opportunities to orders.
