Hoop Recruitment Ltd is working with a leading housing organisation in Wales to appoint a Head of Property Services. This senior role leads a multi-disciplinary property services function, focusing on customer experience, compliance and operational performance.

You will provide strategic leadership, manage an annual budget and oversee teams including managers, engineers and planners to deliver responsive repairs, planned maintenance and safe, compliant service delivery.

• Significant experience leading property maintenance or housing services.
• Proven track record managing large budgets and service delivery.
• Experience with compliance and building safety standards.
• Strong IT and repairs/maintenance systems knowledge.
• Excellent stakeholder and team leadership.
