Job summary

Michael Page is seeking a Head of Property Services to lead a large Housing DLO across South Wales, overseeing responsive repairs, voids, and refurbishments while ensuring compliance and customer satisfaction.

You will manage service managers and a team of operatives, drive KPIs, financial performance, and CDM/H&S standards on social housing projects.
