Job summary

A leading housing organization is seeking a Head of Occupational Health and Safety to inspire a high-performing team and drive strategic health and safety initiatives. This pivotal role involves leading the H&S function, ensuring compliance, and fostering a culture of safety across the organization. The successful candidate will have significant experience in health and safety management, ideally within housing or construction, and must hold a Chartered membership with IOSH. This position is predominantly home-based with travel required to offices in Birmingham and Worcester.

Qualifications

• Significant senior-level H&S experience, ideally within housing or construction.
• Experience managing H&S risks across colleagues, contractors, and customers.
• Proven ability to drive organisational culture change.
