Job summary

A high-growth B2B SaaS company in London seeks a Head of Revenue Operations to oversee the revenue lifecycle and lead a small team. This role demands expertise in HubSpot and data-driven decision-making within a capital markets context. The successful candidate will work closely with executive leadership and be integral in defining revenue operations. With a competitive base salary of up to £150,000 and a bonus target around 50%, this position provides a clear pathway to COO-level responsibility in the future.

Qualifications

• 7-8 years of Revenue Operations experience required.
• Operationally structured and detail-oriented.
• Experience in large-scale enterprise or B2B SaaS environments.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end revenue operations across the commercial engine.
• Ensure data-driven decisions throughout Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Customer Success.
• Lead revenue analytics and develop executive-level dashboards.
