We are excited to be recruiting for a Senior Head Chef for Daisy Green Collection.

A unique opportunity for a creative and dynamic Senior Head Chef to lead the collection's flagship location. The role involves testing and implementing all new menu developments, working alongside the Senior Development and Executive Head Chefs.

The focus is on high-end fire-based cooking using the best of local British ingredients, complemented by Asian flavors. The ideal candidate is a Michelin or high-end trained Head Chef with experience in volume catering. Japanese influence is an advantage.
