Job summary

WR Environmental is seeking a Senior Business Development Manager to drive growth in Hazardous Waste across South West England and Wales. You will develop and maintain strong client relationships, win new business, and promote comprehensive waste management and recycling services.

The role offers a competitive salary (£45,000 - £55,000 DOE), car allowance, uncapped commission and flexible working. You will manage your diary and field-based schedule with autonomy.

Qualifications

• Experience in waste management sales or business development.
• Proven track record in securing new business and managing accounts.
• Full UK driving licence required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients for hazardous waste services.
• Generate leads and follow up to secure new business with profitable deals.
• Promote the company's hazardous waste and recycling services to clients.
