Hardware Engineer (Schematic Capture & PCB Design)

Chelmsford

£40k - £60k (DoE) + Pension & Flexible Working

You must have the right to work in the UK.

An opportunity has opened for a Hardware Engineer to join a large organization in the heart of Essex. This role is due to new exciting projects in the business. You will primarily work in aviation and space, with other projects across different industries.

The Hardware Engineer will report directly to the Electrical & Hardware Team Lead and will be part of a multidisciplinary R&D team. Responsibilities include all aspects of design and development, from initial concept, schematic and requirements capture to PCB design & layout.

Hardware Engineer Requirements:

• Degree qualified with 5+ years of experience
• Experience in analogue electronics
• Experience in digital electronics
• PCB Design & Layout (Multiple Layers)
• Design for EMC Compliance
• Experience in full product design
