• Previous Harbour Master experience is essential.

• Oversee marine operations, vessel traffic services, pilotage, cargo handling and port safety systems, while leading a team of Deputy and Assistant Harbour Masters.
• Develop and maintain the Port Marine Safety Management System, manage operational risk, and provide expert technical advice to senior leadership.
• Lead a senior leadership function within a UK regional port to ensure navigational safety, statutory compliance and operational excellence.
