• Experience in marine compliance, safety management, auditing, assurance, or risk management within a port, harbour, maritime or regulated environment.
• Strong knowledge of Port Marine Safety Code and harbour authority duties.
• Ability to analyse trends and root causes to propose practical solutions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to translate regulatory requirements into clear guidance for operational teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead marine compliance, assurance and governance activities across Medway operations.
