This is a significant opportunity to help enable, shape, and deliver company-wide transformation. The successful candidate will join a newly forming Guidewire CoE team to help this UK-recognized organization leverage Guidewire to its full potential.
This role offers the opportunity to challenge the status quo, push boundaries, and play a major role during a significant period of change affecting the entire business.
This role can be based in the UK remotely or office-based.
Role:
Ideal for someone who can lead the design and shaping of end-to-end solutions across the Guidewire platform, including Policy Centre, Billing Center, and Claim Center. The role involves designing fit-for-purpose, scalable, and seamless integrations, ensuring Guidewire aligns with business and technical objectives.
You should be a hands-on Architect, likely still close to the code, with a thorough understanding of the Guidewire stack from top to bottom, and the ability to influence and collaborate closely with Guidewire and third parties.
The role includes coaching and leading Guidewire Software Engineers, both in-house and third-party.
Qualifications and Experience:
