Location: Remote, or office based

This is a significant opportunity to help enable, shape, and deliver company-wide transformation. The successful candidate will join a newly forming Guidewire CoE team to help this UK-recognized organization leverage Guidewire to its full potential.

This role offers the ability to challenge the status quo, push boundaries, and play a major role during a significant period of change affecting the entire business.

This role can be based in the UK remotely or in the office.

Role:

Suitable for someone who can lead the design and shaping of end-to-end solutions across the Guidewire platform, including Policy Centre, Billing Center, and Claim Center. The role will be responsible for designing fit-for-purpose, scalable, and seamless integrations, ensuring Guidewire aligns with business and technical objectives.

Candidates should be hands-on Architects, likely still close to coding, with a comprehensive understanding of the Guidewire stack from top to bottom. The ability to influence and work closely with Guidewire and third-party providers is essential.

The role involves coaching and leading Guidewire Software Engineers, both in-house and third-party.

Requirements:

• Proven experience designing and building Guidewire solutions, with a background in technical engineering or software development, covering Guidewire Policy Centre, Billing Centre, and Claim Centre.
• Experience in architecting, integrating, and designing complex Guidewire solutions.
• Knowledge of Guidewire’s Data Models and SaaS opportunities.
