A leading UK organization seeks a Guidewire Architect to play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering transformation across the business. This hands-on position involves designing scalable solutions across the Guidewire platform, coaching engineers, and aligning technical strategies with business objectives. Ideal candidates will have a strong background in Guidewire and a proven ability to influence change.

This is a significant opportunity to help enable, shape and deliver on companywide transformation, and will be responsible for joining a newly forming Guidewire CoE team to help this UK recognized organization leverage Guidewire to it’s full potential.
This role will have the ability to challenge the status-quo, push boundaries and will play a major role during a significant period of change, that affects the entire business.
This role can be based UK remote, or office based.
Role:
Suited to someone who can lead on designing and shaping end-to-end solutions across the Guidewire platform including Policy Centre, Billing Center and Claim Centre. This role will be accountable for designing fit-for-purpose, scalable and seamless integration ensuring Guidewire is aligned to business and technical objectives.
To be successful you’ll need to be a hands-on Architect, likely still close to the code, understand the Guidewire stack top to bottom, and have the ability to influence, and work closely with Guidewire, and 3rd parties.
Role will be responsible for coaching and leading Guidewire Software Engineers, both in-house and 3rd party.
