This is a significant opportunity to help enable, shape, and deliver company-wide transformation. The successful candidate will join a newly forming Guidewire CoE team to help a UK-recognized organization leverage Guidewire to its full potential.

This role offers the opportunity to challenge the status quo, push boundaries, and play a major role during a period of significant change affecting the entire business.

This position can be based remotely in the UK or in an office.

Role:

Ideal for someone who can lead the design and development of end-to-end solutions across the Guidewire platform, including PolicyCentre, BillingCenter, and ClaimCenter. The role involves designing fit-for-purpose, scalable, and seamless integrations to align Guidewire with business and technical objectives.

The candidate should be a hands-on Architect, likely still close to coding, with a comprehensive understanding of the Guidewire stack, and able to influence and collaborate closely with Guidewire and third-party vendors.

The role also involves coaching and leading Guidewire Software Engineers, both in-house and third-party.

Requirements:

• Proven experience designing and building Guidewire solutions, with a background in technical engineering or software development, covering Guidewire PolicyCentre, BillingCenter, and ClaimCenter.
• Experience in architecting, integrating, and designing complex Guidewire solutions.
• Knowledge of Guidewire’s Data Models and SaaS opportunities.
