Job summary

Qualifications

• 2+ years in professional recruitment.
• Experience in GTM or tech recruitment is a plus.
• Strong organisational skills and pipeline management.
• Proven ability to deliver for clients and candidates.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle across GTM roles (Sales, Marketing, SDR, CS, RevOps).
• Build and develop client relationships and support business development.
• Deliver across resourcing, candidate engagement, planning and pipeline management.
• Develop understanding of UK/European SaaS, AI, and GTM talent landscape.
• Own outcomes and maintain high performance daily.
• Contribute to a high-performing team culture.
