My client is a rapidly growing recruitment company with a focus on placing Go-To-Market (GTM) & Tech professionals into tech start-ups. They are looking to expand their team and are seeking motivated individuals to join them in their journey of growth and success!

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruiting for VP of Sales, CROs, Head of Sales, Sales Directors, and Enterprise Account Managers.
• Working with VC-backed SaaS AI and Data start-ups to supply Senior positions alongside full team build-outs of their commercial functions.
• Manage a portfolio of existing accounts, with the opportunity to grow and increase their spend.
• Blend between Account Management and winning new business, focusing on building sales teams in tech start-ups.
• Proactively headhunt and place candidates within the Tech industry, specializing in AI, ML, Automation, and Software engineering.
• Collaborate with the team to meet and exceed revenue targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.
